Payments

A deposit is required at the time of booking the appointment to reserve your time slot. The deposit is nonrefundable unless the cancellation is on behalf of the business.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals past 10 minutes will be charged a $10 late fee. Late arrivals past 15 minutes will result in cancellation and a forfeited deposit.

Rescheduling

I kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours notice for any appointment rescheduling requests.

Royalty Cutz is not accepting any new clients under 10 years old. This policy does not apply to previously existing child clients.
